Ohio 4-H Shooting SportsEight basic disciplines are available: Archery, Muzzle loading, Hunting, Living History, Pistol, Rifle, Reloading, Shotgun. All disciplines are taught by Trained Certified Instructors. Some advanced disciplines are available with the basic discipline prerequisites successfully completed.

Science Fun with Airplanes   Build an experimental glider, download a test-tube flyer screen saver, learn about air & flight, learn to control an airplane, find related science fair topics, discover the Science of Flight 4-H Project!

Rockets Away   When you design your own rocket to launch, how far will it go?  Can you beat the record?

2006 MyPyramid Food Guide

The MyPyramid symbol and interactive food guidance system was released by USDA on April 19, 2005, to replace the 1992 Food Guide Pyramid.

MyPyramid encourages Americans to eat healthier and move more by giving individualized recommendations.

Effective fall 2005, Ohio 4-H will use MyPyramid in all nutrition projects. Additional information is available by going to the website at: http://www.mypyramid.gov.
