The 4-H program with Ashtabula County will be celebrating 60 years of Volunteer Recogitions. Volunteer awards will be given out, the New Top County 4-Her award, games will be played and great food will be served. 4-H Volunteers are free and others interested in coming the cost is $10. We look forward to laying out the red carpet for you!!!!
