Since July 2011 Jenna has served as the 4-H Youth Development Extension Educator for Ashtabula County through The Ohio State University Extension. In this position she provides overall leadership for the development and delivery of the 4-H Youth Development component of the Ashtabula County Extension program.

As the Extension Educator for 4-H Youth Development in Ashtabula County, Jenna provides overall leadership to a strong positive youth development program by involving youth in clubs, camps, after school programs, Cloverbuds, in-school programs, and a variety of older youth opportunities. Nearly 1,100 youth participate in the traditional 4-H youth program guided by 150 adult volunteers. Jenna works collaboratively with volunteers, staff, and local stakeholders to develop and implement programs that meet the needs and interests of young people.
